My vote: ship all 4. Bastion + Lyre need small engine bits.
B · Crown-cost rework — batch of 26
"Heavy is the head" = Crown must cost you. Proposal committed (crown_rework_proposal.md). Ratify the batch, or tweak.
10 Ozy crowns → REWORK (add a cost) Ozy
Each gets a fitting cost: self-sap (×4, e.g. doomsday death-ray consumes own body), command/control upkeep (×3), hubris vulnerability (×3). Keep Crown tag.
Rec: approve the archetype+cost per piece as proposed.
12 Ozy pieces → DROP Crown tag
Decree/sensory/mask pieces wearing Crown with no cost + name already fits (appraisers_eye, death_mask, decree_*, herald_maw, falcon_eye…). Strip the tag.
1 rename Culga
cul_plaguelord_crown → "Plaguelord's Brood-Maw" (it's a Rotten/Bug/Minion Head, not an Ozy crown).
2 sub-questions
(1) The decree line — drop-tag, or rework them as command crowns too? (2) Should doomsday truly consume_body for its death-ray?
C · Small name/slot fixes — 2
gaia_apex_fang → RESLOT Gaia
A "fang" implant socketing Limb; every other fang sockets Head. Reslot to Head (or rename).
proclamation_horn + tribute_horn Ozy
Instrument names, no AoE. Per your rule (instrument = vector-wide): give them a broadcast effect + Instrument tag, or rename off "horn".
D · Minor — 1
2 Rhapsody on_dawn glands
dread_throne + hypnogogic_sac fire once (dawn = single event) → effectively on_combat_start. Leave as-is / convert to on_combat_start / drop. Low stakes.
Rec: leave — harmless.
On me (not your call)
Seat-bug root fix. Opponent-seat build deals ~0 dmg (player wins at full HP). My double-buffer was wrong; diagnosing the real player-first pass / init asymmetry. This blocks ALL balance measurement.
B1–B5 nerfs + crown cost-tuning + island numbers. Designed/approved but the NUMBERS wait on seat-fair (can't measure through the bias).
